Fractions like 3/10 or decimals for ratios; lovelace for amounts. Prices, execution limits and voting thresholds are set as a whole by the ledger, so values you don't change keep their current value.
The guardrail sees the proposal as the ledger would show it to the script; the deposit is the current 100,000 ada, and the rest of the
transaction is a placeholder. Run with this epoch’s cost model and protocol 11 rules.
