    "comment": "I vote YES to reimburse the 100,000 ADA deposit lost in this early governance action case, because this appears to be a narrow restitution issue caused by an implementation or tooling failure rather than ordinary proposal risk. I am less convinced by the additional 3,000 ADA for missed staking rewards, since normal governance action deposits do not receive interest and this should not become a precedent for open-ended opportunity-cost claims. However, given the small size of the extra amount and the importance of correcting a clear early-governance edge case, I support resolving this case now. Future reimbursement requests should require clear recipient verification and stronger guardrails."
