    "comment": "I understand the arguments from both sides. On one hand, Bitcoin DeFi is an important opportunity for Cardano, and I believe this type of infrastructure could provide meaningful long-term value. On the other hand, given the current Treasury constraints and the current value of ADA, I am hesitant to support additional spending of this size at this time. If ADA were in a stronger position, I would likely be inclined to vote in favour. For now, I believe abstaining is the most appropriate decision."
