    "comment": "I vote ABSTAIN on \"Global Order Book connect Cardano DeFi to increase transaction.\" The DeFi Kernel registry and reusable SDK could improve Cardano DeFi discoverability and composability, and Dano Finance has relevant delivery experience. However, most of the 3,333,000 ADA request funds two Dano commercial products, while independent adoption commitments, detailed cost breakdowns, and a proportionate, enforceable Treasury return remain insufficient. I would support a revised, separately assessable proposal for neutral registry and SDK infrastructure with external integration evidence and stronger milestone-gated accountability."
