    "comment": "I am voting YES. Currently, both the Constitutional Committee and the minimum size parameter are set at 7. This creates unacceptable fragility where a single member's resignation halts the entire governance system, blocking hard forks and treasury withdrawals. Reducing the committeeMinSize to 5 provides a necessary operational buffer to prevent catastrophic gridlock during member transitions. This does not change our goal of electing a 7-member body, but simply ensures Cardano governance remains resilient during the temporary loss of one or two members."
